Omnicor has 15 years experience in software development. In that time we have built beautiful systems for dozens of companies, from blue-chips to micro-businesses. We are a little different to most other dev houses, in that we honed our initial experience in building software for ourselves. As a company specialising in talent management and human capital services, we initially started automating our own processes (for example in psychometrics, surveys, talent engagement, automated exits and many others). It wasn’t long before clients started asking us to license them our software that we became a software business. Now, many years later, we have an entire infra-structure devoted to understanding clients (through business analysts) and creating their bespoke digital solutions (through our teams of dev experts).

Custom Software Development – this normally focuses on business applications where automation of processes is required. 

API (Application Programming Interface) – these have become very routine for us and involve linking different systems together, passing information between them.
