We are a little different to most other dev houses, in that we honed our initial experience in building software for ourselves. As a company specialising in talent management and human capital services, we initially started automating our own processes (for example in psychometrics, surveys, talent engagement, automated exits and many others). It wasn’t long before clients started asking us to license them our software that we became a software business.
