Culture / Climate Surveys (TES)
The RoleFit Talent Engagement Survey (TES) is an online, effective measure of how engaged (or disengaged) your staff members are. Based on initial local research with more than 5000 employees from across different industries, the TES is your early warning system to identify and intervene when talented people become disengaged.
The TES survey identifies, in-depth causes of work disengagement and determines where the organization is most vulnerable to talent loss. It contains action items that you can intervene on to prevent talent loss and employee disengagement. When run more than once, it provides time-based reports that show engagement and disengagement factors as they change over time.
While the TES is a factor analysed instrument, we understand that companies also want to measure dimensions unique to their environment. Our TES allows you to add any number of custom questions.
We can provide reporting in multiple formats from static presentations of the highlights to interactive dashboards that allow you to data-mine as you see fit.
Anonymity is important to us, and while we can get deep into the metrics of organisational segments (such as Gender, Age, Role, Region, Race and Department), we do not reveal individual scores.
We can combine the survey with focus groups to provide rich meaningful qualitative data from randomised groups.
